Qualifications:
Must have verifiable income of 2 1/2 times they agreed upon rent for yourself (this is what the rental company expects).
No pets or full time kids.
A lady co-renter or couple strongly preferred.
Must be cool with cats living inside.

This is a large house with one renter (Kelsey) wanting a second person or couple to join the lease.
Lease term ends mid July, 2024.
Kelsey will be looking to buy a house and eventually move out, so rent would go to month to month in July You could take over the house when Kelsey moves out.
