We are a fast-growing, family owned and operated, childcare center specializing in providing early education for children ages 2 1/2 to 12 years old.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an energetic, passionate, and dependable Director who has a strong desire to lead and ensure our facility is running smoothly, safely and efficiently!
*Qualifications for Director*
* Prior experience as a director in a Childcare Center or assistant director
* Educational requirements: Associate's Degree or Higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Child-Related field
* CPR and First Aid Certification, or we will recertify you
* Basic computer skills
* Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication
* Familiar with The Licensing rule book
* Meet background check requirements with fingerprint clearance
* Provide negative TB test results prior to starting position
* Strong Leadership, communication and instructional skills
* Dependable and flexible with a strong work ethic
* Positive and patient demeanor
* Excellent multi-tasking ability
