Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities/Qualifications: Landings of Genesee Valley is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor! We are a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality and compassionate care to our residents looking for a caring and dedicated housekeeper, willing to take the department to the next level.

This will be accomplished by completing your tasks in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating with others to attain goals.
Experience working in a memory care unit is recommended.
Duties: Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
Work as a housekeeper, cleaning resident’s apartments: mopping, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms.
Work consistently and cooperatively with residents, coworkers, and family members.
Be mindful to keep all chemicals out of the residents’ areas.
Be economical with supplies and equipment.
Treat all residents with dignity and respect.
Protect residents from accidents and injuries.
Perform other duties as assigned by the executive director.

Requirements: Able to pass a criminal background check.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years old.
Reliable transportation.
Residential cleaning experience preferred.

A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.
