*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee all aspects of the gas station operation, including fuel sales, convenience store sales, and back office software.
* Manage and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of products and supplies.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
* Analyze financial reports and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and drive sales.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to customer needs.
* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including safety, health, and environmental standards.
* Perform regular equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
