Shift Lead/Cleaning Specialist

*Responsibilities:* - The Shift Lead would report to the manager and provide support covering employee absences and vacations, cleaning their buildings in their absence.
This Shift Lead would assist the Manager in assignments during the times when no employee coverage is needed.
- Help to oversee, audit, and coordinate cleaning activities in Commercial Cleaning buildings.
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols - Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness standards *Requirements:* - Must have a valid drivers license and their transportation; capable of driving to multiple locations.
(Locations in Flint, Grand Blanc, Davison & Saginaw, Michigan) - Must have a GED or High School diploma - Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or housekeeping management - Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used to clean commercial buildings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent listening and communication skills to interact with staff and clients effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.
50 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Night shift * On call Work Location: In person
