District Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

- Manage and supervise store managers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage
- Monitor profit loss statements and take appropriate actions to maximize profitability
- Identify new business development opportunities and drive expansion within the district
