Accounts Payable Analyst

Accounts Payable Analyst Full-Time Salary Range: $18-$25 hourly Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field OR an Associates degree in a related field and at least two years of precvious experience administering financial and accounting procedures.
Job Responsibilities: Main responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst: -Maintaining vendor records (contact information, W9 & 1099 forms, direct deposit accounts, etc.

) -Processing invoices (retrieval, coding, verification, and payment) -Review and process employee remburstments (monthly mileage & special funds requests as needed) -Monthly agency credit card reconciliation -Assist with maintaining foster care placement database and payment worksheets -Assist with annual financial audit and other duties as assigned
