Dover Doors & Windows is a professional individual with good attitude to join our team! This person will assist in various accounting, bookkeeping and receptionist duties.
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Excel, and General monthly reports preferred but will train the right individual.
*Responsibilities:*
The primarily role for position will be working with our accounting department on day today updates to our financial systems, payables, receivables, invoicing, and providing accurate and timely reporting and analysis to the management team for their action and review.
* Compile financial statements and other financial information from client data.
* Effectively use QuickBooks, Adobe, Excel and Word software
* Review financial statements for reasonableness.
* Pro-actively champion an attitude of quality service.
*Requirements:*
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred.
* 2+ years of recent accounting or bookkeeping experience.
* Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and QuickBooks.
* Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Contribute to a team effort.
* Ability to effectively multi-task.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to change.
* Strong analytical skills.
