We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Specialist!
The billing specialist works closely with center leadership around the country to ensure accurate system use of child accounts, agency ledgers, family discounts, customer messaging, and more.
The specialist will monitor billing processes for accuracy, review and report on subsidy payments, apply billing credits and fulfill bulk charge and credit actions on behalf of the centers.
The ideal candidate must have excellent accounting skills as well as deep organizational skills to accurately handle all of the incoming payments, outgoing invoices, database updates, and more that make up their day-to-day responsibilities.

What We Need from You:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of two years' experience in a childcare environment (administration or educator).
Preferred: Two years' experience in accounting.
Advanced experience and understanding of childcare management software systems.
Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel and Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate a customer service mindset and always reflect professionalism.
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
