A great UHY client is seeking an *Investment Accountant* to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have their CPA, investment experience, 3-5 years of related experience, and strong Excel skills.
The *Investment Accountant* role is a hybrid position, with 4 days being in the office.
This is a client direct hire position.
*Investment Accountant Responsibilities*
* Responsible for accounting, reconciliation and reporting of investment activity and holdings.
* Process corporate credit card transactions, accounts payable for Facilities, maintain fixed asset schedules, and track Program Related Investments.
* Assist in the compilation of information for the annual audit(s) and tax return(s).
* Prepare accounting and analytical reports and other tasks as assigned.
* Backup other positions in the Accounting Department as needed.
*Investment Accountant Qualifications and Requirements*
* A bachelor's degree in accounting.
* CPA or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Three-five years of relevant accounting experience.
* Solid analytical skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The capacity for independent judgement.
* The ability to work effectively with people.
