Tax Preparer
We’re a rapidly growing and reputable Wealth Management Firm with offices in Grand Blanc and Auburn Hills, MI that provides Retirement, Tax, Investment and Estate Planning services for our clients.
We provide advisory services primarily to pre-retirement and retired individuals.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with clearly defined tasks while providing superior client service; always putting clients first.
Initial duties include working alongside firm partner/CPA, Director of Operations servicing existing clients, helping with tax planning and preparation, making active outbound calls to new and existing clients, client relationship building and support in public seminars.
Minimum Requirements
College degree required
Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Experience with CRM preferred
Tax experience required
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Tax Preparation
Prepare customized financial and tax plans
Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
Assist firm with meeting individual and team goals
Assist with providing tax planning consultation
Managing the completion of tax projects
Troubleshooting Client Financial Needs
Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus Opportunities
