```Duties```
- Assist the hotel manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel
- Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist with managing room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure quality standards are met

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures is beneficial
