RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Responsibilities of the ABA Technician Include the Following:
Implementing programs and materials that are in accordance with the treatment plan or that have written approval by the supervisor (BCBA-D, BCBA, QBHP, BCaBA).
Covid-19 screening per recommendations of the CDC.
The ABA Technicians are responsible for collecting and submitting data as shown using an online data collection system on a company issued tablet.
Attend Meetings, Orientations and schedule trainings and complete the requirements by a certain date as required by the insurer, state and/or county.
Demonstrate the ability to be able to verbally and orally communicate in a scientific and professional manner in complete sentences while limiting grammatical and spelling errors.
ABA Therapists must be provided with ABA Result-Driven programs and materials needed to fulfill the number of hours allocated during their session.
Therefore, part of the role as an ABA Technician is to follow through with the programs as written and report to the supervisor when and if additional programs or materials are needed as the targets are being mastered.
They must show the communication as it occurs with their supervisors in order for the client to be able to reach their goals.

ABA Technicians are required to graph or collect data based on the requirements of their supervisor or the supervisor their (BCBA, QBHP or BCaBA) or the supervisor of the BCaBA (BCBA, BCBA-D) within the time frame requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Autism and Behavioral Health Experience Preferred.
Candidates who are interested in the position must have experience in the following fields are especially encouraged to apply: Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Education, Child Development, Home Health Care, Caregiving, Babysitting etc.
Applicant must be a Michigan Resident
18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License or State ID
Reliable Transportation with Proof of Auto Registration and Auto Insurance
Professional and excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Proficient computer skills
All applicants are subject to a background check
Compensation is commensurate with experience
