The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance and Snow Operations Divisions, ensuring efficient workflows, safety compliance, and effective team leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage our Crew Leaders and Crew Members, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Enforce adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a strong safety culture within the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely service.
Collaborate with the management team to create and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement effective strategies to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and materials.
Experience in budgeting and resource management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Snow Operations.
Experience managing and leading a diverse team of 30 individuals or more.
